As Interest Rates Go Up, So Do Investor Opportunities For Home Prices

As interest rates and overnight lending rates have been increasing, fewer people have been buying as they don’t like the increased monthly payments on new mortgages.  Keep in mind, though, that as people are slowing on their home purchases, the number of days on market for homes being sold has been increasing as well.  With this change often comes reduced home values.  What does this mean for the investor?  It means that you likely can pick up homes a reduced prices.  And if you keep in mind that there is always the possibility of re-financing your mortgage later, then it may make sense for you to purchase a home to then lease out.  I am expert in both of these worlds.  I can find a solid investment home for you, and I can also take care of the leasing out of the home for you as well when you are ready to lease it out (as two separate transactions).  Be sure to phone or email me if you have any questions about the process of buying and of leasing out.  I have seventeen years experience that I can give to you in a conversation.  Fred Herrman 310 343 3219  fredherrman@mac.com
